MQIT Corporation was founded on March 2001 by Byron Pojol who is, at that time, a MQSeries certified professional. 

Byron has extensive work experiences and certifications on IBM WebSphere Suite of Products.

2004
  • MQIT Corporation’s business value proposition is to innovate and optimize customer processes, systems, and technologies, through proven methodologies, robust enterprise architecture solutions, and industry-leading enterprise software and hardware, to gain productivity, agility, and maintainability, which translates to increased ROI, decreased TTM, and decreased TCO.
2005
  • MQIT Corporation moved to Texas, United States.
2008
  • MQIT Corporation became an IBM Business Partner for services, software, hardware, training.
2009
  • Byron Pojol officially invited and blogged for IMPACT 2009 IBM Smart SOA Conference to be held in The Venetian Las Vegas Hotel.
  • MQIT Corporation signed alliance agreements with several US-based and non US-based (in europe and asia among others) software development companies to have a ready pool of IT outsourcing resources in anticipation for future large projects.
2011
  • MQIT Corporation is now also based out of the Philippines.
  • MQIT Corporation offered IT Outsourcing to the Philippines.
  • Byron Pojol started to volunteer and create online presence using website builders and social media networks for economic empowerment of various organizations (e.g. school, professional associations, farms, SMBs).
2013
  • Byron Pojol became an IBM Champion for WebSphere.

2016
  • Byron Pojol became an IBM Champion for Middleware.

“In December 1993, the Hursley Development Laboratories released a product called Message Queue Manager for MVS/ESA which joined a small family of existing products all of which were part of the new IBM MQSeries family.

Today MQSeries is known as WebSphere MQ – or more familiarly as “MQ” and is the industry-leading provider of message-oriented middleware. It is a key component in IBM’s SOA strategy providing the universal messaging backbone across almost 80 different platform configurations, a wide range of programming languages and interfaces and is used by more than 10,000 customers across numerous industries. In 2004 it became the first Software-only product to win the prestigious MacRobert Award from the Royal Academy of Engineering.

The WebSphere MQ story is a wonderful example of collaboration between IBM Research, Development and Industry specialists as well as our customers to shape a product and a technology to achieve major success in the marketplace and this article will trace its beginnings and its evolution into not only a world-class cross-platform product but one which also exploits individual platform features to customer benefit.”
